How All-On-4 works
Four implants, one fixed arch
All-On-4 replaces an entire arch of teeth with four carefully placed implants instead of one implant per tooth. The back implants are angled to reach denser bone toward the front of the jaw, which often avoids extensive bone grafting.
Your implants are planned on a 3D CBCT scan and can be placed with Yomi, a robotic guidance system that helps keep each implant on the angle and depth that was planned.
In many cases a temporary arch is attached the same day, so you don't go home without teeth. Dr. Gupta will confirm what that looks like for your case.
While the bone heals around the implants over the next few months, you wear the temporary arch. Then your permanent arch is made and fitted.

Yes. Your implant consultation with Dr. Gupta costs nothing, and there's no obligation to go ahead.
Why isn't there a price on this page?
Full arch cases vary a lot from person to person: one arch or two, how many teeth need to come out, and how much bone you have. Rather than quote a number that might not fit you, we give you your exact price in writing at your free consultation.
What happens at the consultation?
Dr. Gupta looks at your mouth, reviews a 3D scan, listens to what you want, and explains your options. You get a written plan and price before anything begins, and you decide from there.
Will I leave with teeth the same day?
In many cases a temporary arch is attached on surgery day. Dr. Gupta will tell you at your consultation whether that applies to you. Your permanent arch is fitted after the implants heal, usually a few months later.
I was told I don't have enough bone. Can I still do this?
Often, yes. The back implants in All-On-4 are angled to use denser bone toward the front of the jaw, which is designed to work around bone loss. Dr. Gupta will tell you at your consultation.
What does robot-guided mean?
Dr. Gupta plans each implant on a 3D scan first. During placement, Yomi, a robotic guidance system, helps keep each implant on that exact plan. Dr. Gupta is in control the whole time.
Do you take insurance? Can I finance it?
We're in-network with most PPO dental plans, and payment plans are available through LendingClub. We'll go over the numbers with you at your consultation.
How is this different from a denture?
A denture sits on your gums and is held with suction or adhesive. An All-On-4 arch is fixed to implants. It doesn't come out, and it doesn't move when you eat.
Does it hurt?
Dr. Gupta will talk you through anesthesia and comfort options before your procedure. Most patients describe the first couple of weeks as the adjustment period.
